We had a contract in 5 days and settled within 30 days of that time. Linda: 1. Spent a lot of time on the comps initially and then as we got closer to putting our house on the market, helping us price the house correctly -- which was at a price higher than I thought we could get...but backed by sound assumptions. House appraised with no issues 2. Made good recommendations on what to fix and not fix 3. Recommended Handy Hadley, a one stop shop to fix our our house, which made it much easier to get things done. Plus they did a great job. 4. Helped us confirm the buyer was a good (low risk) buyer with good credit -- who offered us full price 5. Helped reach an equitable agreement on actions we took following the inspection 6. Was on site when the appraiser came to the house and made sure he had the comps; as stated above the house appraised no problem. 7. Was with us at closing which went off smoothly. 8. Explained details of the sales process as we went through it, so we always knew what to expect; really never had any surprises 9. Always got back to us in a reasonable amount of time For some constructive feedback, Linda had a lot going on personally and also professionally with other clients. We felt that our conversations tended to be hurried as Linda needed to get on to the next thing. We would have preferred a more relaxed pace in our interactions, especially with the stress we were under. In the scheme of things this is minor, as the pace of the sales process was perfect, but I wanted to mention this for consideration. Overall we were very happy to have worked with Linda and definitely pleased with the results she helped us get. We would highly recommend Linda anytime
